These Terms govern your use of the Cosmic Daily: Horoscope & Sky app ("Cosmic Daily") provided by Stellarizon Digitals Ltd. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the App
You may use Cosmic Daily for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to disrupt it, or use it in violation of any law.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.
3. Entertainment purposes
Astrology, horoscope, tarot and compatibility content is provided for entertainment and educational purposes only. It is not professional advice — medical, legal, financial or otherwise — and should not be relied upon as such.
4. Astronomy data
Sky, ISS, weather and astronomy information is sourced from third-party and public data and is provided "as is". Timings and predictions are approximate and may vary.
5. Intellectual property
The App, its design, text and branding are owned by Stellarizon Digitals Ltd and protected by law. NASA imagery and third-party content remain the property of their respective owners.
6. Advertising & purchases
The App is free to download and supported by advertising. Any optional purchases, if offered, are subject to the terms of the relevant app store.
7. Disclaimer & liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stellarizon Digitals Ltd is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the App.
8. Termination
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
